Our 4-week Piano Take-Off class is the perfect way to jumpstart your child’s musical journey — and see if ongoing lessons are the right fit.
Many of our Piano Take-Off graduates are eager to continue — because they’re excited, confident, and ready to learn more!
No piano at home? No problem!
We provide everything they need during class.
What is included in our 4-week PIANO TAKE OFF program:
Four 45-minute lessons
to explore basic rhythm patterns, understand piano geography, learn simple songs, and even compose their own.
Their very own "PIANO TAKE OFF" workbook for extra learning between lessons.
Fun Music Games every class
to reinforce the learned concepts.
Ensemble Playing
to share the joy of making music together with new friends.
Independent Practice Time with headphones on so each student can focus on their individual assignments.
Performance Opportunity
at the end of each class to proudly show off their newly acquired piano skills.

WHAT AGES IS "PIANO TAKE OFF" FOR?
This class is recommended for children ages 6-10 with no prior piano experience.
DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO HAVE A PIANO AT HOME?
No piano-no problem! This class is designed to be a trial period for your child to explore their interest and give you an idea if they are ready for regular piano lessons before you invest in buying an instrument.
WHAT WILL MY CHILD LEARN?
Your child will learn fundamental piano technique, finger numbers, proper hand position, basic rhythms, music alphabet, keyboard geography, names of the white keys. They will also learn how to play about 10 songs on the black and white keys.
HOW MANY KIDS ARE IN THE CLASS?
Up to 5 students per class. We have enough pianos for each child to practice on during the class. Students will work individually with headphones on and together as a group without the headphones.
HOW MUCH IS "PIANO TAKE OFF" CLASS?
The Intro to Piano class is just $99 for four 45-minute lessons. Payment is required at the time of enrollment to hold your spot.
WHERE ARE THE CLASSES HELD?
Classes are held at 102 Chesters Way in Bridgewater, VA. Please park on "102" or "VISITOR" parking spots when you drop off/pick up your child. You are also welcome to park on the street or in a cul de sac.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 4 WEEKS?
Students will be invited to attend one of our Piano Express for free before signing up for on going lessons.
